1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SonosJam mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SonosJam is a mobile application that provides music streaming and audio control functionality for compatible Sonos devices. The App allows users to control their Sonos system from their mobile device.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws
• Having the necessary rights to any content you stream through the App

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TAPTech LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services including Sonos systems and music streaming services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPTECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
